I am Tiffany McMahan. When you arrive, the car is where it should be, the residence is ready, the table you wanted is held — and if your flight moves at midnight, I know before you do.

It began with a friend who owns a luxury real estate group. Over drinks one night she told me Central Florida needed a proper concierge service, and it should be mine. I smiled and let it go. She did not. She mentioned me to her clients. Then she sent me my own.

I know which hotel is genuinely special and which is merely expensive, that the best table is rarely the one by the window, and which kitchen will cook off the menu if it is asked properly. I am from here — what I recommend is known, not researched.

I came to concierge work from nursing — years of hospital and hospice work, where you learn to read a room, to see what someone needs before they have the words for it, and to keep your composure when a day goes awry. You also learn that being trusted inside someone’s home, and with what you come to know there, is a privilege — never a story to tell. That is the part I brought with me.
