The Residence
Your house is here. For most of the year, you are not.
Someone should be — and not whoever happens to be free that week. The same person each time, who knows the house, the gate code, which breaker trips in a storm, and that the coffee you drink is not sold at the store nearest you.
I go in on a schedule. I walk the house and look at what a camera cannot show you: the room that has been closed too long, the ceiling mark that was not there in June, the irrigation running at the wrong hour. You get photographs and a written note the same day, whether or not anything needs doing.
And when you are coming back, the house is ready before you land. Provisioned to your list, flowers cut that morning, the temperature already where you keep it.
You arrive to a house that has been lived in on your behalf.

- Priority scheduling, subject to availability
A membership covers the visits and the planning described above. It does not include unlimited concierge fulfilment, purchases, or third-party expenses; those are arranged and billed separately. Additional concierge services are available at $125 per hour.
